Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or NO SHOW will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

I understand that things happen and that you may need to reschedule occasionally, but when clients miss an appointment, I not only lose your business, but also the business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment at the same time.

In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment or a NO SHOW, all future appointments must be pre-paid.

Credit card must be on file to book and secure appointments.

When scheduling appointments, you are agreeing to the spa policies.
