Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at no cost. However, cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the service amount for the scheduled service(s). Multiple cancellations or rescheduling will lead to prepaying all  future appointments.

An active credit card is required to book all appointments.

When clients miss an appointment, I incur financial losses and risk losing business to other clients. This cancellation policy serves as a mechanism for my business to mitigate potential loss and emphasizes the importance of clients adhering to their booking commitments.

I value each client and appreciate your understanding of my cancellation policy. Thank you for your business.
